Old-Fashioned Boredom Busters

Staying around for LCPS Spring Break?  Come visit the museum and play old fashioned games and make a craft to take home. 

• Pre-registration encouraged, required for groups of 8 or more people.
• Craft supplies are limited.  First-come, first served.  Pre-registration guarantees craft supplies.
• Crafts and Games will be available from 2pm-4pm.
• This is not a drop off program and all children must be accompanied by an adult.  All persons must pay admission fees.

Get creative with hands-on crafts inspired by simple, timeless materials! Make your own yarn animals—full of personality—or design coffee filter butterflies and bees with bright colors and fluttering wings. These charming projects are perfect for kids and families, blending creativity with a touch of farmyard fun. Easy to make and even more fun to take home! 

Grab a pencil and start exploring! Choose a pre-made scavenger hunt or create your own as you journey through the museum, spotting hidden details and fun finds. Take a break with coloring sheets and word searches, perfect for curious minds of all ages. Whether you're solving, searching, or sketching, there's always something to spark your imagination!
